Inventory Policy
This Inventory Policy explains how GridCollex manages product stock, availability, and backorders, and how this may affect your order.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below in addition to our Terms of Service and other store policies.
Product availability

All products are offered subject to availability.

Adding items to your cart does not reserve them; items are only reserved once your order is completed and payment is confirmed.

If a product is out of stock, it may be shown as “Sold Out”, “Out of Stock”, or temporarily hidden from the store.
We try to keep our inventory information accurate, but stock levels can change quickly, especially during sales or peak periods.
Real‑time stock updates

Inventory levels are updated automatically when orders are placed and fulfilled.

In rare cases, two customers may attempt to purchase the last unit at the same time; in this situation, we will contact the customer whose order cannot be fulfilled and offer an alternative.
If a product you ordered becomes unavailable after you check out, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide options (see “Out‑of‑stock after purchase” below).
Out‑of‑stock after purchase
If an item in your order is found to be out of stock after your order is placed:

If you prefer to receive in‑stock items separately, please contact us after placing your order (additional shipping charges may apply in some cases).
Inventory errors
While we aim for accurate inventory management, errors can sometimes occur (for example, incorrect stock counts, damaged items discovered during packing, or mislabelled products).
If an inventory error affects your order:
