Refund policy

At GridCollex, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.

Returns
You have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at Contact@GridCollex.shop with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or missing return shipments.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Gift cards

  • Items returned in used or damaged condition

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Contact@GridCollex.shop with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product and place a new order.

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Contact your credit card company

  • Contact your bank
