At GridCollex, customer satisfaction is important. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may be eligible to return it under the terms below.

  • After 30 days from delivery, returns are no longer accepted, except where required by applicable law.

Non‑returnable items

  • Items marked as final sale or non‑returnable at the time of purchase

How to request a return

Return shipping costs

  • Customer-paid returns: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping if you are returning an item for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size, or no longer wanting the product.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or missing return shipments.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Late or missing refunds

Exchanges

At this time, we do not process direct exchanges through the website.

  • If you want a different size, color, or product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your refund is processed or at any convenient time.


Returns for international orders

International customers can request a return under the same 30‑day window and conditions. However:

  • Return shipping costs for international orders are typically the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees paid are not refunded by us.
